Roasted squash with olive oil and garlic

RECEIVED BASE:   Number of persons 4 Pers.
                                     Preparation time 20 min.
                                    Cooking time 50 min.

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 big squash
  •  4 c. tablespoon of olive oil
  •  2 tbsp. liquid honey
  •  10 cloves of garlic
  •  Dried thyme
  •  Salt and pepper


PREPARATION

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

STEP 2
Cut in half and peel the squash, seed the seeds, remove the filaments and cut the flesh into                  large pieces.

STEP 3
Arrange the squash pieces in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper and thyme.

STEP 4
Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Mix them in a bowl with olive oil, honey and thyme (more or less according to your taste). Pour the mixture over the squash pieces in the dish.

STEP 5
Bake for about 50 minutes, mixing halfway through cooking until the squash pieces are tender.

STEP 6
Serve without delay.
